I have been playing Peggle Blast for about 2 months now and I've had such a fun time with it. I even got 3 of my other friends to start playing it. Anyway i was playing it earlier today and I was on level 3 of the bat section, but when I went on later, all of my progress got reset and it put me back to the tutorial stage. Do you know any solutions to recover my data? Nothing has been altered in my phone (HTC One M7). It would be very frustrating to start from the beginning all over again. Just updated to the most recent version released on April 6, 2015. Now game only starts at the tutorial. Doesn't take me to the map anymore. I was on level 72 (the boss stage with batrina). Every level I had 3 stars & I had a ton of power ups. How does the game just magically reset on its own??

I've NEVER deleted it from my device. How do we get our progress back?

I haven't changed anything in my game or on my device. I was working on the boss level. What causes this to randomly happen & how can it be fixed????

Peggle Blast is a puzzle video game for mobile devices developed by PopCap Games and published by Electronic Arts. The game is the latest entry in the Peggle. It expands on new levels, challenges, Peggle Masters and their powerups. It was announced on Electronic Art's site shortly after its release.^[1]

Gameplay[edit]

In most levels, players must hit all 25 orange pegs to beat the current level they are on, just like Peggle 2 and Peggle. However, some levels require the player to drop gems, hatch eggs or perform certain Style Shots in order to progress. They are provided two power ups that are unique to each character. Another different mechanic in Peggle Blast is that it uses a level system as well as a life system. If a player fails to beat the game, they lose a life and has to retry the level. Players that lose all six lives must wait until the lives are regenerated. Peggle Blast also introduces power ups you can use in-game that you can purchase, such as the Super Guide power up. The game also introduces a lot of obstacles such as fireballs, pegs covered in mud, frozen pegs, etc. Other game modes include hatching Phoenix eggs or dropping diamonds to the bottom of the board. Unlike most Peggle games, this version is only single player, however it connects to Facebook and Google Play Games so players can see where their friends are at within the game.

Reception[edit]

Peggle Blast was a poorly received installment in the series. Reviewers state that the game is purposefully built to try and extract as much money as possible from players via microtransactions. Whether this be for unlocking levels or power ups to beat levels deliberately made hard to sell these items.^[2][3]
